Welcome to The High Chronicles
Breaking the Stigma. Elevating the Style.
By Linda, Owner of Ganja Chica Clothing
For far too long, cannabis culture has been boxed into the tired stereotype of the “lazy stoner.” The High Chronicles
exists to break that stigma—one outfit, one story, and one elevated moment at a time.
My name is Linda, founder of Ganja Chica Clothing, and this blog is a love letter to the fashion, creativity, and individuality that thrives within cannabis culture—especially here in California. Cannabis consumers are artists, entrepreneurs, stylists, mothers, visionaries, and leaders. And yes, we also have style.
Fashion Meets Cannabis Culture
The High Chronicles highlights how people in our community express themselves through fashion—how they partake, how they style themselves, and which California cannabis brands inspire their Outfit of the Day. This platform is about celebrating personal style within the culture, whether that looks bold, minimal, vintage, streetwear, luxury, or something completely unique.
Last year in San Diego at Sessions by the Bay, I brought this vision to life at Blunt Brunch, where I interviewed individuals whose outfits stopped me in my tracks. Their confidence, creativity, and authenticity reminded me why fashion matters—because it tells a story before we ever say a word.
You can also find these moments captured on our YouTube channel, including highlights from the Latinas in Cannabis Summit in Los Angeles—where the outfits were just as powerful as the conversations. From polished business looks to unapologetic street style, every stylish stoner showed up and showed out.
Behind the Scenes: A Cannabistylist’s Journey
This blog will also take you behind the scenes of my journey as a Cannabistylist—from styling in Las Vegas at the Neon Boneyard, to the early years of Ganja Chica, to the evolution of cannabis fashion as a legitimate industry.
You’ll see the work, the hustle, the creativity, and the passion that goes into creating looks that represent who we are and where we’re headed.
What’s Next for The High Chronicles?
This year, I’m excited to bring you:
More style features
More brand spotlights
More stoner stylist ladies doing incredible things
More community-centered storytelling
If you’re a stylist, creative, brand owner, or someone who simply loves cannabis and fashion—you belong here. If you have an event, a brand, or a story you want to share, The High Chronicles is your space.
Together, we are elevating the culture and setting the tone for a new era.
A New Chapter for Ganja Chica Clothing
